Dr. Oliver Kosovac is a specialist in plastic and reconstructive surgery, born in Smederevo. Completed studies at Medical Faculty and specialized education in Belgrade. Currently a doctoral candidate in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Employed at the Institute of Oncology and Radiology of Serbia from 1995 to 2010. At Clinic of Oncology Surgery. Since January 2011, she has worked in the Special Hospital Diona. She is engaged in reconstructive surgery and breast cancer surgery, where she has made a significant contribution to the development of these fields of surgery in our country.  Dr Kosovac managed to win over that reconstructive surgery becomes a standard procedure in surgical treatment of breast cancer in this country.

She performed advancement in this area at the European Institute in Milan with Prof. Yean Yves Petit and Oncology Institute Goustave Roussy in Paris. In Moscow, in 2005, Dr.Kosovac  had a promotional lecture on techniques of breast reconstruction after removal and on that opportunity  operated with the doyen of reconstructive breast surgery Professor Hilton Backer. Every year participates in Symposiums and  interactive courses in Milan in reconstructive breast surgery and oncology. Participant and author of numerous works presented at the congresses, in the country and abroad. She is co-author of the monographic publication of Professor. Dr. Radan Dzodic - Breast Cancer Surgery .

Member of the Serbian, European and international associations of cosmetic and plastic surgeons.

Many of her patients have, due to reconstructive surgery, accepted their illness easier and improved quality of life and with that have been her moral satisfaction as a contribution to the fight against breast cancer.
